Privacy
A short, honest note on your data.
This site collects only what it needs to answer you. No tracking pixels, no advertising profiles, no selling of data.
What this site collects
Two things, and only when you choose to send them:
- CV requests. Your email address, and an optional first name, used to email you the technical CV and to let Daniel know who requested it. The CV also downloads directly to your device.
- Contact messages. Your name, work email, the details you type into the enquiry form, and which page you sent it from.
Why it is collected
To reply to you. The email address on a CV request is used to send the CV. The contact form details are used to understand your enquiry and respond. That is the entire purpose.
Who processes it
Form submissions are sent by email from the website to Daniel through his own mailbox (Titan Email), which acts as the email service. No separate marketing or analytics company processes your message. Your details are not shared with anyone else, and you are not added to any marketing list unless you separately and explicitly opt in.
How long it is kept
Contact submissions are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then removed. CV request records are kept briefly to confirm delivery and diagnose any failures, then removed. No long-term marketing database is built from this site.
Analytics
Where lightweight, privacy-conscious analytics are used, they record events such as a form being submitted, never the content of your message and never your email address as a tracked property.
Requesting deletion
Email mail@danieljesse.co and ask for your details to be removed. They will be deleted promptly.
